$600 – First 4 hours – minimum rate, even if reception is less than 4 hours.
$100 – Each additional hour.

$100 – Each additional hour.
Hosting/emcee duties performed by DJ Awesome, dressed in appropriate attire for your event. (Tuxedo for weddings, business formal for other events, unless customer requests otherwise.)
Professional-grade audio system and dance floor lighting.
Drive time up to one-hour each way between to your event location. (Map of approximate area covered)
Up to two planning meetings prior to your event, at a mutually-agreeable time and location within 30 miles of Beaver Falls.
Optional: we can “meet” via telephone or Skype or Google Hangout, if you are unable to meet face-to-face in the Beaver Falls area.
Unlimited support via email before, between or after the planning meetings.
Equipment set-up and tear-down (each takes about an hour, but this time will not cost you extra).
For most events, the rates listed above are all you pay, not a penny more. There are just a few exceptions:
Travel fees will apply for venues significantly beyond a one-hour drive from the Beaver Falls Area. If you feel this may apply to your event, please contact me to request an exact quote.
Feeding the DJ and possibly one assistant. (Many caterers offer discounted “vendor meals,” so be sure to ask yours.) Although feeding the DJ is not a “requirement” it is always appreciated.
Tent or other overhead cover is required for all outdoor events, rain or shine. If you or your venue do not supply a tent, I can bring my own, but there will be an added nominal fee for rental of the tent, plus time/labor to set it up and tear it down.
